Easter weekend Corinne and Allan came up and we had a great time exploring the area. Good Friday is a holiday in New England, so we had a great three day weekend. We went to Toast, our favorite breakfast place and then out to the end of Hull.

Here I am exploring among the boulders on the beach for sea glass.

More exploration.

Allan is the "King of the World"!

His best Karate Kid pose which Roger suggested as a fitting shot for the camera.

The ships go out. . .

The boats come in.

Corinne and Allan enjoying the beautiful weather.

Walking along the beach on the bay.

My sea glass finds for the day. Not very much and not very big.

Roger with his "holy" rock. He loves finding these and adding them to a collection that sits on a shelf. I have no idea of the end result of this activity, or how many we will have before a decision must be made of their final fate. If you would like some, let me know and I'll include you in the will. I could even arrange for you to get some now.

Everyone skipping rocks. This shot caught Roger in mid-skip. Allan won the competition hands down. The rocks on the beaches around us are perfect for this activity.

More rock skipping form worth emulating.

After the beach we went to a nature preserve that is at the the beginning of the Hull peninsula called World's End. It is a beautiful area in that reaches out into the middle of the bay on the west side of Hull.

The tide rushing in under a bridge.

The walking path amid the beautiful landscape. All the trees have the buds for their leaves and it won't be long until the leaves are here. We never made it here last fall, but I am told it is breathtaking.

Allan up in an oak tree. Another activity Roger wanted him to do. He was very nice and accommodating to his father-in-law, who won't be climbing any trees.

Critiquing the landscape from above.

Looking through the trees to the bay and small islands.

A ship coming in.

We though it was going into Boston harbor, but in went farther south into Hingham or Quincy.

Corinne and Allan enjoying the view of Boston in the background. You can see the building Roger works in everyday if you know where to look.

Allan and I finding solutions to the worlds problems.

There's Boston.

A windmill spinning in the wind.

A beautiful view from World's End.
